If you are unable to activate your account, or are a new contractor, please contact the Town of Truckee Building & Safety Division.

Residents, your parcel number (APN) will be required to obtain online access. Please visit the Nevada County Assessors's webpage to obtain your parcel number by address: https://gis.nevcounty.net/MyNeighborhood/ PARCEL NUMBER (APN) FORMAT: 000-000-000-000.
