If you have a contractor's account please log in below. If you have previously performed work in the Town of Truckee but haven't created an account yet, please click on "Activate Account" below. If you are unable to activate your account, or are a new contractor, please contact the Town of Truckee Building & Safety Division.

Residents, your parcel number (APN) will be required to obtain online access. Please visit the Nevada County Assessors's webpage to obtain your parcel number by address: https://gis.nevcounty.net/MyNeighborhood/ PARCEL NUMBER (APN) FORMAT: 000-000-000-000.
